Be registered (Registro Unico de Proponentes RUP) at the Colombian Chambers of Commerce, whenever necessary. It is clarified that Cerrejón does not maintain a registration of potential contractors.
Be registered at the mercantile registration of the Chamber of Commerce and have licenses required by law according to service or work to be contracted.
Have verified experience in the type of service or work that is going to be contracted.
Having been previously qualified in operational integrity procedures (communities, safety, health, environment and protection), as well as technical and financial procedures. Be registered in the RUC (Registro Único Contratistas) of the Consejo Colombiano de Seguridad.
Ethically handling the commercial relationships.
Supply all the information requested and being responsible for its accuracy.
Allow access and inspection of the supplied information, especially in regards to technical, financial and safety aspects, health, environment and protection.
Proposals presented are in accordance to Cerrejón's requirements.
