In the development of the contract or the execution of any service/civil work, the contractor is responsible for:
Continuously exercise managerial leadership in the development of the services/works, in order to control risks and without safety incidents.
Self controlling the contract and its requirements in matters of Safety, Health, Environment and Security fulfillment.
Correct any deviations found in the Occupational Health program.
Communicate Risks Evaluation among its employees, prior to initiating services/works.
