Colombian suppliers must be registered with the Colombian Chambers of Commerce. It is important to highlight, that Cerrejón does not maintain a register of potential suppliers.
Comply with all the specifications, terms and conditions required for supplying materials and goods.
Have been previously qualified in technical, financial and operational integrity aspects (safety, health, environment, security and communities) whenever applicable.
Ethically managing commercial relationships.
Terms of Payment: Payments to national suppliers are carried out 30 days after registering the invoices at the Cerrejon offices. International suppliers are paid 30 days after suppliers' invoice date. These payments are made, through bank transfers.
