The Cerrejón develops the following social benefit programs for the Indigenous and non-indigenous communities of La Guajira

Cerrejón contributes to the improvement of the living conditions of the community with the generation of employment, the demand for goods and services, the payment of royalties and taxes and the development of the following benefit programs which are part of our Social Management: Health Education Culture and recreation Cerrejón Foundation: Small Business Development - Supportive Groups Comprehensive Aide Plan for the Indigenous Community - Paici Water Solutions
