We have a direct labour force of 5.343 employees comprised of 84% technical personnel and 16% professionals.
60% of the employees come from La Guajira the base of operations, 29% from other locations in the Atlantic coast and 11% from the rest of the country.
We also have 5.091 workers of our contractors, totalling approximately 10.434 people. All employees are over 18 years old.
In order to cover the technical requirements of the mining operation, we developed a training program based on transfer of technology and we are under agreement with the "Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje - SENA (National Apprenticeship Service) to train technicians and operators.
